How do you know if you have the right posters on the wall?

Several new state and federal changes go into effect in 2017 and it’s crucial that your company labor law posters are current. Here are some of the highlights of the new changes:

New CA Minimum Wage – All California employers must post the new minimum wage notice effective January 1, 2017.
Cal/OSHA notice – Effective October 1, 2016, address changes were made to the Cal/OSHA notice.
Federal Minimum Wage and Employee Polygraph Protect Act – language changes effective August 1, 2016
California’s Pregnancy Disability Leave – Effective April 1, 2016, the notice was updated for California employers with five or more full-time or part-time employees and all California public sector employers. This was a result of regulations amended by the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH). Covered employers are required by law to give employees notice of their rights and obligations relating to pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions.
