Founder and CEO of Blue Fire HR, LLC, Stephanie brings nearly 20 years human resources experience working with healthcare, technology, manufacturing and non-profit employers to Members. Stephanie is a seasoned talent and performance management, executive coaching, reduction-in-force, training, and organizational initiatives practitioner and strategist. She provides expert advice and insight to executive leaders with respect to organizational matters, workforce and labor issues, legislative issues, and wide-ranging human resource topics.
Stephanie is certified in Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and has spoken in a variety of settings and at conferences, including the HealthcareSource Users Conference, Jones Day Labor Symposium, HIMSS, American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), professional chapters, labor and workforce conferences, American Society for Association Executives (ASAE) Healthcare Conference, American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA), and National Workforce Boards. Stephanie was the Executive Director of ASHHRA from 2009 to 2014. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and an Executive MBA from Thomas More College.
